Participate in key business meetings to understand the business strategy and challenges, evaluate manpower needs and contribute in finalizing the manpower requirements to meet business projections, process manpower requisitions, maintain manpower information, prepare organization and function allocation charts IN ORDER TO exercise budgetary control and ensure availability of required manpower resources. Collaborate with Business and recruitment team and ensure on-boarding of resources as per the approved plan.
Employee interaction/ Connect:
Provide Guidance on personnel processes, policies, rules & regulation to all employees and managers, have pulse of the HR issues, assist or if required direct them to the most appropriate person for the resolution of their grievances, coach & counsel in case of problems / disputes, Support in formulating & devising various employee engagement initiatives for the relevant BUs.
Assist in preparation of generic position profiles, target setting & cascading process, evaluate PMP forms for completion & quality, release salary change implementation, compile and communicate relevant data (e.g employee aspirations/perspective) as required, organize / conduct PMP & related workshops IN ORDER TO facilitate the employee dialogue process and ensure planning of appropriate actions.
Leadership & Development:
Support and execute business specific HR initiatives, identify gaps in competency inventory, take corrective measures by developing / recruiting from outside, prepare data for departmental and Divisional Personnel day and moderate the same at the SBU / division level IN ORDER TO ensure identification of measures / actions for HR development & succession plan for ratification in Company Personnel day
Support in implementing necessary actions to retain Critical Resources (by way of job rotations, rewards, recognitions etc.) IN ORDER TO ensure that people with critical competencies are retained.
Prepare and send MIS as per the agreed template for all above activities (Manpower, exit interview, attrition analysis etc.) (monthly/ quarterly as applicable) IN ORDER TO facilitate compilation of HR India MIS for management review and actions. HR Operations & MIS (HR Audits, Delegation, SOC, SOM, Puraskar, Circulars, Employee movements, additional payroll inputs, etc.)
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Graduate in any stream with a Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources.
Experience around 8 to 10 years in areas mentioned in the Job Description.
