Acts as lead data analyst, translating business needs into a data model, providing expertise on data modeling tools and techniques for designing data models for applications and related systems. Skills include logical and physical data modeling, and knowledge of ETL. Reviews all change requests to the application data model, approving or rejecting as needed. Analyzes all functionality requests for compatibility with the Curam data model. Provides expertise on the Curam data model to junior developers. Assists with the mapping of end user data values to backend data fields. Oversees Curam reporting team as well as overall database infrastructure team. Works directly with client on long term data planning and storage needs. Exhibits strong communication skills when relaying complex data issues to non-technical users.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

At least 8 years developing SQL based reports.
At least 8 years working with data analysis and conversion.
