TASKS

Acquisition of new key customers through intensive and strategic long-term planning
Active support of existing key accounts in all key areas
Development and implementation of a key account plan coordinated with the customer
Close cooperation with business development and our consulting unit as well as our partner and eco-system
Generating new sales opportunities through close contact with the specialist areas of key accounts
Develop and maintain customer relationships at all levels, especially at C-level
Active partner integration and management in the sales process
Management of employees in the virtual cooperating salesteams and in bid processes
Support for positioning SAP services (consulting, training, maintenance)
Responsible for the negotiation process and conclusion of the contract
