Social network integration and presence
Drive innovation in customer acquisition targeting, tools, technology and offers
Responsible for the company’s presence and voice in social media, including Instagram/Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube, messaging apps, and any other social channel
Manager social calendar and integration with customer support team
Create or find social content worthy of including in our social channels
Includes tactics to drive customer engagement & connection (fun facts, UGC).
Manage social agency and social influencer program
Drive employee social advocacy program
What we’re looking for...
6+ years in social media strategy and integration
2+ years of working in consumer product and/or technology brands
Have 5 or more years of relevant professional experience including social media, social strategy, digital strategy, change management, or relevant professional experience conducting consumer research, digital analysis
Solid grasp of social media, how and why it's used and experience executing research across key platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Blogs.
Demonstrated track record in the development and deployment of business unit campaigns or programs with fundamental marketing and communications understanding
Familiarity with social business tools and platforms such as Radian6, Sysomos, Google Analytics, Omniture
Direct experience using some combination of the following: AdWords, Bing, Display (GDN, Doubleclick, RTB), retargeting (Google, AdRoll, Criteo), Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, and Linkedin Ads, ideally with mobile app campaigns
