Working with high volume of resource requests in a competitive environment with the ability to change focus or searches as needed.
Tracking of candidates throughout the interview process on NTT DATA's Applicant Tracking System.
Managing candidates throughout internal interview process setting up technical and consultative screening interviews with internal staff.
Negotiating offer, acceptance and start date with candidates.
Creating pipeline of candidates to meet existing and upcoming needs.
Assisting with internal recruiting processes and transfers.
Provide full-lifecycle recruiting and hiring new consultants to NTT Data Federal projects and staff augmentation accounts
Partner with client managers and delivery managers to support and grow the business.
Utilize strategic sourcing methods to source and attract talent in the local market.
Maintain relationships with current consulting staff, business networks and professional organizations to network and generate referrals.
Maintain detailed candidate and requirement tracking/documentation
Responsible for recruiting against Open & Proposal opportunities within the Federal and State & Local government sector.
Ability to learn Applicant Tracking System and other tools
Required Basic Qualifications:
6-8 years experience in Information Technology Technical recruiting.
5 years of full-lifecycle experience required.
5 years experience using web-based applicant tracking system(s)
7 recent years of Public Sector recruiting (experience recruiting on proposals as well as open positions)
Past experience in working in a high volume recruiting environment
Must be a US Citizen
Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources or Business Management or equivalent years of experience.
