Technical Manager, IBM Corporation, Dallas, TX: Manage and coordinate project implementations including conceptualization, design, modeling, structure, and development. Participate in business joint requirement reviews, application design, and development sessions. Ensure that technical information and design specifications are completed within defined parameters. Manage and monitor project goals, contract terms, project budget, resources, and project scope. Monitor and maintain existing accounts and build new customer relationships. Create new business, negotiate contracts, and develop proposals for customized IT solutions. Conduct strategic account planning for business development, growth and delivery of value-added programs. Manage contract and pricing negotiations. Utilize BPM (Business Process Modelling), Datastage ETL (Extraction Transformation & Loading) Datawarehousing tool, Business Object Reporting, Business Intelligence tool, Rational Reqpro, Requirements Management tool, Project Management, and Agile. Required: Master's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related (employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master's degree) and one (1) year of experience as a Customer Delivery Manager, Senior Project Lead, Senior Delivery Manager, or related. One (1) year of experience must include utilizing BPM (Business Process Modelling), Datastage ETL (Extraction Transformation & Loading) Datawarehousing tool, Business Object Reporting, Business Intelligence tool, Rational Report, Requirements Management tool, Project Management, and Agile.
