EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Lead customer engagements for Solution Manager upgrades, configuration, design or implementations
Conduct Workshops with Business Users and IT Leads to finalize the requirement and design
Take full responsibility for the quality of the delivered tasks and is accountable for the success
Provide product expertise, architect and consulting support to SAP customers
Responsible for maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction in addition to growing and developing reference able customers.
To provide digital transformation on the IT operation area in the future, it will be also required strong motivation to adapt new technologies, such as ITOA, AIOps and DevOps
Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs.
Ability to adapt and function effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment while working under deadlines.
A record of taking initiatives, driving results and accepting increasing levels of responsibility.
Build credible relationships with peers and clients, and continuous professional learning of SAP products.
Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively.

SAP Solution Manager 7.1/7.2 Template Management
SAP Solution Manager 7.1/7.2 Requirements Management, Process Modelling, Process and Project Management
SAP Solution Manager 7.1/7.2 Service Desk, ITSM & Change Request Management (ChaRM)
SAP Solution Manager 7.1/7.2 Technical Operations, Business Process Monitoring & Technical Monitoring
SAP Solution Manager Test Workbench, Test Management & Defect Management
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Bachelors or Master’s degree in: Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or similar STEM degree
Candidate should have Solution Manager Functional Experience or Expertise
Hands-On experience in SAP Solution Manager 7.2
Experience/ Expertise in SAP change based testing practices and tools (SAP Solman, SAP CBTA, SAP BPCA, SAP TBOM)
Familiar with Agile Software Development Mythologies
Familiar with testing strategies, technical monitoring, and incident management
Certification in SAP Solution Manager or Netweaver is preferred
Must be able to work as a team player, yet can work independently.
Must be able to lead customer engagements
Analytical, results-driven and have a solution oriented approach.
Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written presentation and listening.
Must be open to travel, and relocate to Pittsburgh, PA

Prefer Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
Prefer prior experience involving client/customer interaction (consulting engagements)
Experience implementing two or more of the following functionalities using Solution Manager: Document Management, Knowledge Management, Test Management, Solution Monitoring, Support Desk, Service Delivery, Change Management, Knowledge Transfer and Project Management
Professional experience for SAP system (ABAP and/or Java) and Database (SAP HANA, Oracle, MSSQL)
Strong ALM or Operation project experience
Experience with development project for SAP Solution Manager
