Project Budget Management Advisor

Roles and Responsibilities:

Qualified applicant will be responsible in defining financial work plans, executing reports, identifying resources needed, and ensuring timeline and budget for projects. The responsibilities of the selected candidate will include financial and management support for budget development, execution and reporting; financial and budget planning and execution support; financial tool usage; and contract management support.

Required Education:

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Required Experience & Skills:
Typically requires at least 8 years relevant experience without a Degree; 3+ years relevant experience with Undergraduate Degree; 2+ years relevant experience with Graduate Degree
2+ years experience in a client facing Customer Service position
2+ years experience working with the federal government or military in a support role
2+ years experience MS Office products i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

ACTIVE Secret clearance required
Desired Skills:

Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
Experience drafting Task Instructions (Tis) Procurement Requests in support of Contract Management
Background in Budget Management and Financial Planning
Knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements
Physical Requirements:

Must be able to walk 4 to 5 blocks to work location
