As a team leader (m / f) in the Vodafone project, you are thus an important interface between the call center agents and the Assistant Call Center Manager. Furthermore, you are jointly responsible for the fulfillment of the qualitative and quantitative program objectives.

Your tasks

Technical and disciplinary management of the team in the Vodafone project
Coaching and motivation of the employees for the improvement of the communicative and professional qualification
Optimization of existing internal work processes and their implementation
Realization of real-time monitorings during the day
Analysis of key figures on a daily / weekly / monthly basis and preparation of pre-shift meetings
your profile

Profound professional experience in the call center sector
Excellent dealings with customers, colleagues and employees both verbally and in writing
Excellent service and a high social competence
Engaged, accurate and efficient operation
