The tasks

Supports and advises our customers with questions about hotel bookings within the service hours (Mon-Sun 7 am-midnight)
Carry out bookings of hotel offers by phone and in writing
Processing of service requests, cancellations and bookings of hotel reservations
You will be advised in German and English, as well as other foreign languages ​​(Italian, Portuguese, Polish, French)
Careful and process-oriented processing and documentation of operations in our database and systems
