What are your challenges with us?

The essential tasks to achieve the goal of the post, including the expected degree of independence and responsibility:

Sales responsibility in the context of the respective (monthly) target in the target segment (industry responsibility)
Identification of marketing potentials for new customers and products
Planning of marketing measures, Preparation and realization of customer discussions, Negotiation of conditions
Result control combined with the planning and implementation of targeted measures
Consulting of advertising and media agencies in the target segment (industry responsibility)
Creation of individual marketing concepts
Establishment and expansion of strategic customers to secure repeat bookings and increase the average sales per customer
Support and development of contacts at management level

Support sales colleagues in the development of measures to improve performance

What you bring?

Completed university studies (usually business administration or other economics)
At least 6 years professional experience in the field of Media Sales. Mobile experience required (Location Based Advertising, Mobile Display etc.). Experience with other digital channels
Large network on customer side as well as in media agencies
Proven success in mobile advertising sales, the establishment and expansion of key accounts
Sound understanding of mobile advertising (especially location, mobile display, programmatic)
Knowledge in the field of direct marketing
German (fluent), English (business fluent)
Motivation, high willingness to perform, solving competence, perseverance
Quickly capture business-relevant and strategic relationships as well as market trends
Creative and commercial thinking and acting, the ability to build and leverage new senior-level contacts and networks, as well as a strong sales thinking, to position new products in the market and successfully establish them with predetermined margins
