To do this, you are actively involved in community management within the group and moderated our communities on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, Blog and in the Telefónica customer forum
Also external customer forums such as gutefrage.net are not safe in front of you, because here too you offer our customers solutions
For a quick and effective processing of inquiries in social media, you work together with all relevant departments
You can also edit our customer feedback at Trusted Shop and Bazaar Voice
They help us to improve internal processes and develop our communities

What are you bringing with you?

They explain the world to others with 140 characters, and with hashtags, blogs, and Twitter, you start the day
You usually have a completed apprenticeship and have first professional experience
Your knowledge of German is excellent and you can express yourself excellently - both spoken and written
You have a look for the essentials and important things
You see problems immediately and solve them with success and to the satisfaction of the participants
In addition to your great technical interest, you can certainly work with MS Office applications
They are flexible, have fun doing contact with customers and doing things at the same time, does not mess you up
