On the basis of the client’s scope, requirements and business strategy, a Business Process Architect is able to

Review client as-is processes and create the high-level to-be process model
Design detailed industry-specific / corporate customer to-be processes and the high-level solution design based on process requirements, application and system landscape.
Business Process Architects evaluate customer requirements, map them to business processes, functional and solution architectures and ensure a proper implementation from a solution architecture point of view. For this they:
Design detailed end-to-end industry-specific / corporate customer to-be processes
Identify the appropriate end-to-end solution portfolio options and recommendations
Identify solution gaps and develop gap closure options

Design the end-to-end functional landscape and solution design, including the functional integration points, applicable standards and governance

The Senior Business Process Architect role is an active role that is customer focused.

The position requires a combination of strategic and practical experience.

Support business development and license & services sales in alignment with SAP Service Strategy

WORK EXPERIENCE

5-7 years' of experience in process implementation in customer facing roles related to solution architecture topics

Specialized Expertise:

Expertise in at least one industry
Expertise in at least one line of business
Expertise in at least one SAP Cloud Solution (e.g. SuccessFactors, Fieldglass, Ariba or Hybris)
Advanced Expertise in at least one (Digital) Business Transformation topic: BPM, Enterprise Architecture, Organizational Change Management, Value Management, Project Management, Innovation Management, Strategic Roadmaps, Cloud Transformation, TCO, Digital Transformation, Internet of Things (IoT)
Expertise in at least one additional industry, theme or business topic Expert in applying methods of process and solution architecture modeling based on SAP and non-SAP solutions in one or more industries

Managerial Expertise

Functional coordination of teams (internal and external)
Coaches less-experienced colleagues
