Put simply, you’ll go the extra mile to truly reflect the Virgin Media brand in every customer interaction while driving business growth at the same time.
To be a success, you’ll need to have gained experience within the telecoms, IT or electrical industry, within a customer-facing role. Ideally, you’ll have experience of safe working at heights and be comfortable with the use of hand and power tools, competent using test equipment, logical when it comes to diagnostics, and very familiar with the use of technology like smartphones, tablets and PC’s, as well as know how to use common windows-based programs. And, if you have great communications skills, a proactive and flexible approach and a full driving licence, you’re probably just the person we need.
