What you'll be doing:

As Service Request Manager- English Only, you will be in charge of:
Responsibility for handling enterprise customers’ IT and Telecommunication service requests including all commercial, problem solving and delivery aspects
Taking ownership of the timely completion of the customer request: from technical design, pricing/proposal creation and ordering
Directly performing some pricing and ordering activities and involves other BT departments and third-parties as necessary like technical department
Keeping the requestor informed about the progress of his request via direct contacts and system updates
Managing the handovers between the different BT departments and promptly raises and resolves any issue

Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements is a must
Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals is a must
The ability to convey information to someone effectively and efficiently while creating a good first impression and engaging the audience is a must
Ability to comprehend and to systematically organize the various aspects of a problem or situation is a must
Acting in advance of a future situation, e.g. making things happen, putting energy to solve the situation is a must
Excellent commercial understanding, communication and problem solving skills in a changing environment is a must

Professional skills:
Good knowledge of MS Office applications and agile with systems and processes is a must
Bachelor degree and/or 2+ years relevant working experience in SSC/Customer Service environment is a must
Interest in telecommunication field is an advantage

Language skills:
English on a fluent level is a must
any European language on a fluent level is an advantage
