Conferencing Operations Manager

What you’ll be doing...
The Conferencing team is responsible for delivering Audio, Net and Video services to the global customer base. There is an opening for a cross-functional manager to support the business operations, service management and implementation of new customers, and the support of the existing base. You will be interacting with multiple groups including Operations, Sales, Marketing, as well as executive customer contacts.

Ensure delivery of Conferencing events and execution of customer requirements on each event
Engage with customers on service and billing issues and drive resolution to critical customer concerns
Support new initiatives to grow Conferencing and improve processes
Work with internal and external leadership to help drive best practices across the organization
Help identify areas for potential efficiencies and partner with key stakeholders to implement solutions and process improvements
Initiate and drive process improvements for greater accuracy, financial control and efficiency
Measure KPIs and program ROI to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and assess strengths and weaknesses
Review and summarize budgets and spend, identifying trends, concerns, and solutions for reviews with senior leaders
Coordinate staffing plans across the organization to include headcount tracking, performance management tracking, employee surveys and development programs.
Create slides and presentations to summarize strategic analyses and communicate business updates
Develop team members across functional groups ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
What we’re looking for...
You'll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Technology experience in engineering, development or analysis of wireless technology.
Experience in corporate or divisional financial planning and analysis including spreadsheet creation and data management.
Experience dealing with multiple customer issues and priorities.
Even better if you have:

A degree.
A quantitative/financial analysis background.
Four or more years of technology and/or service delivery experience engaged in strategy, development and execution.
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, taking the initiative, prioritizing multiple priorities and working under tight time-frames to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills, and ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
