The organizational unit Mobile- and Contact Systems of Telekom IT GmbH develops IT solutions for the Telekom in the field of Customer Relationship Management Consumer and Serviceprovider.
The main tasks of the organization are the technological and architectural development as well as realignment of the systems in the mobile radio CRM network.
As a Business System Analyst you are responsible for the system analysis of applications of the system cluster of mobile radio CRM systems.
Your core tasks include:
the analysis and design of customer relationship management requirements
the development, documentation and monitoring of solutions in cooperation with specialist departments and other IT units
the derivation of concrete system requirements from technical requirements and overly discussed solutions
the consideration and documentation of non-functional requirements such as performance aspects. In addition, the analysis support on the processing of incidents
the professional UML modeling / OOA
In order to meet this challenging task, we have assumed a completed degree in business informatics, computer science or comparable training. They also convince us:
Experience in software development projects in the role of system analysts - ideally in the area of CRM or portal systems
Experience in the design of IT solutions along the customer requirements and the transfer into a load and duty booklet or user stories
Knowledge in object-oriented analysis and design (use case modeling)
Basic knowledge in Java, SQL, C ++ and C #, as well as the tools Enterprise Architect, JIRA and Confluence
Practical experience with agile development methods, in particular SCRUM and knowledge of iterative as well as classical development models.
Very good personal skills in the areas of teamwork, resilience, communication, moderation and self-responsible work. Very good English and German skills complete your profile
