Director of Portfolio Marketing, Applications and Analytics

Main Responsibilities:
• Create a portfolio/vision story and supporting campaign that compels new and old buyers to open doors
• Develop and bring to market compelling new solutions
• Develop solution marketing campaigns that move buyers through their journeys (Challenger or Use Case methodology are preferred)
• Train our sales team on how to sell our portfolio and solutions
• Develop sales tools that support the selling process
• Be the expert on our competition and how to crush them
• Be an evangelist for our portfolio and solutions


The candidate should be located in San Jose, CA or Plano, TX
Qualifications
General Requirements:

• 15+ years of product marketing, product management or sales experience, ideally in software and solution selling;
• excellent communication skills – writing, presenting and listening;
• ability to find creative ways to message and convey points of view
• deep understanding of our buyers
• ability to travel about 25% of the time;
• ability to drive projects from A to B in complex global organizations
• ability to create Challenger market programs with full supporting content strategies
• proven track record of creating demand for solutions
• ability to lead multiple ongoing and aggressive timelines; and
• ability to collaborate, learn and challenge teams you work with to get better.
