Within our IT department, you will be responsible for the management of the IT development team (25 people) and the projects entrusted to it. You’ll monitor technological developments and make suggestions for improvement. In the initial stages of projects and in relation to the dedicated teams (Project managers, Product owners, Architects), you’ll analyze the scope and evaluate the needs to organize the internal and external resources.
Manage and lead technical teams composed of Scrum Masters and developers
Guide development activities, from the detailed design phase through to completion (resource allocation, planning and budget monitoring)
Produce, monitor and analyze teams’ KPIs
Improve and optimize existing processes and tools
Conduct code review and ensure code quality
Contribute to the long-term technical matters (choice of technologies, evolution of the infrastructure)
Our platform is based on the best technologies (Java 8, React, WildFly, .Net 4.5, PHP) around the concepts of micro services, REST & SOAP APIs all in an operator environment where load-bearing and reliability are paramount.
We apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to have a high level of interaction between the technical world and the business, and follow the best practices (Pair programming, collaborative open space, continuous integration, TDD).

You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Development Manager or Manager, and you are known to have excellent managerial qualities.
You are recognized for your autonomy, the ability to adapt, listening, reactivity and your sense of organization. You are an expert in project management (Agile Method).
You’re fluent in English.
Experience in the telecom industry or Internet services would be an additional asset.
