Within the Information Systems department, you’ll be part of the Architecture team.
You will design and evolve our information system to align with the company’s objectives and is able to withstand identified business processes while maintaining control and consistency of company-wide solutions. The definition of functional architecture particularly highlights information repositories to locate the “business services” within the architecture and thus, to identify the interfaces between functional subsets.
You will primarily be involved with project leaders during requirements research and project launch (sprint 0) phases.
First, you’ll need to learn and fully understand our current model (provisioning chain architecture and billing).
You’ll need to validate the consistency of the current architecture and propose improvements that will set an objective to share with business and development teams. This objective will be based on business and technical strategies.
Once the objective is set, you’ll propose and maintain a roadmap of components and features.
You’ll ensure security aspects, solution availability and performance in order to comply with our future commitments (ISO 27001) and our ambitions
You’ll be working in an Agile environment (SCRUM) with business teams, project managers, scrum masters and technical teams to jointly develop a design (for each project) that will gradually achieve the previously defined objective.
You’ll document each subject and ensure that the various stakeholders adhere to your strategic approach.
You’ll maintain the functional mapping and data repositories.
Your natural curiosity will allow you to be attentive to the emergence and evolution of technology solutions (SOA, Cloud Computing, Big Data, M2M / Internet of Things, NFC …) and their translation into the context of our business.
You might assist with pre-sales missions, interact with customers, suppliers, partners or prospects and participate in the development of “business cases”.
You have a Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems or Computer Science.
You have at least 5 years of experience, including several years in software development and functional architecture.
Ideally, you have already worked in Agile environment, preferably SCRUM.
Your experience, technical and functional skills along with your ability to lead groups, you are source of expertise for your colleagues.
You’re capable of communicating with any level of the company, both orally and in writing.
You’re organized but also comfortable in a constantly changing, dynamic environment.
Previous experience in the Telecommunication or Internet Services sectors would be a plus.
English fluency is essential for this position.
