As part of the Information Systems team, you’ll report to the IT Project Management supervisor. Your main mission is to monitor internal and external projects from the design stage to the end of warranty periods. As such, you will work closely with customers, development teams, QA and product managers.
You will work in an Agile environment combining software engineering (XP) and project management (Scrum) methodologies.
Your responsibilities include :
Conducting studies related to the needs of various Transatel business units or external customers (operators) to define a clear scope,
Putting functionalities into writing (user stories) and participating in the definition of acceptance tests to allow development teams to start technical implementations,
Validating various deliverables established during projects,
Managing the project in accordance with the schedule (development phase, testing, production) and costs,
Confirming that developments are in line with business needs,
Updating various teams (technical, management) via dashboards,
Guaranteeing the quality of delivered projects,
Following the existing procedures of Transatel and ISD.

You have a background in computer engineering / telecommunications or a Master’s degree in Information Systems / Engineering Sciences with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the general design or functional architecture of applications and 2 years’ experience in project / team leadership.
Knowledge of the telecommunications or Agile methodologies would be a plus.
