Essential Job Functions:
Assist customers with email or getting connected to the internet.
Provide excellent customer service while on the phone with customers.
Be familiar with industry supported operating systems to include Mac and Windows.
Efficiently direct customers to navigate their computer.
Clearly document work done in our help desk ticketing system.
Follow logical troubleshooting steps to reach a conclusion.
Observe procedures and protocols set forth by the Internet Service Providers.

Starting Pay and Benefits:
$10.25*/hour, plus a potential $250 sign-on bonus
