About the role:
He / she works within the team of systems engineers in charge of the administration and support N3 of our client platforms in production. He / she is responsible for the smooth functioning of the customer's operational solutions.
Main activities :
Performs day-to-day administration of platforms, all of their components, and client applications in a virtualized environment (Citrix, Powerfuse, Vmware)
Take into account and process complex customer requests, changes and / or incidents based on contractual commitments
Ensuring the Maintenance of Platforms in Operational Condition
Handle Desk / N2 Service escalation incidents
Identify problems, analyze their cause, propose and implement a corrective action plan
Realize the application updates in relation with the publishers or with master works
Participate in the implementation of new platforms or the evolution of existing platforms in relation with a project manager
Participate in the evolution and recipe of new client platforms
Maintain and draft operating procedures
Ensure the prevention of dysfunctions impairing the quality and continuity of service by using the tools of supervision
Conduct regular reports to the manager
Keeping abreast of developments in your domain's technologies and ecosystems
Collaborate with transversal teams (Project Manager, Customer Service Manager, Customer CIO, service providers).
Conduct configuration management and ensure consistency of platforms.
Participate in the certification of application or infrastructure evolutions
Participate in the drafting of deployment plans
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, you have a minimum of 3 years experience in a highly virtualized production environment. Skills in scripting powershell will be highly appreciated.
