As Solutions Sales Specialist at Enterprise Services (ES), you provide guidance and support for regional/ country solution center and ES sales to drive and develop winning ES offers for customers. Achievement will be evidenced through achievement of sales targets (contracts-on-hand increase, order intake)
The ES business is globally active, with an annual turnover of >€150M. Sales operations are being established in all global regions with very exciting targets for growth
You will be the primary interface with the relevant regional/country ES solution center and sales teams
You will proactively support local ES teams and develop ES offerings that effectively address customers’ needs to win new business
You will be fully responsible for designing, positioning, communicating (in a variety of forms, both internally and externally) and winning ES offers for customers
You will bring together relevant experts from across Siemens to package and tailor the existing ES portfolio with those from other business areas in order to leverage our global experience into a specific customer opportunity
You will provide input into the ES portfolio elements to improve and enhance the portfolio offering

This position may suit you best, if building consultative sales approaches is your expertise and you have experience in partnering with customers in order to help them succeed in achieving their goals.

You possess a successfully completed university degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
You have successful experience (5+ years) as a sales consultant and clear demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge in healthcare services
You have a proven track record of developing winning service solutions for healthcare customers (from consulting to contracting to outsourcing to capital acquisition)
Additional experience in either diagnostic imaging, clinical lab or healthcare consulting is a must
You show the ability to present both high level concepts and detailed proposals
Highly effective written and verbal communication skills and a very good command of the English language round off your profile
