Technical Consultant in Application Support

Your new challenge :

Their main focus lies in the
Processing support requests in the field of 2nd level support
Understanding and debugging the current source code
Pick-up of occasional on-call duties to ensure support outside office hours (alternating in the team, approximately every 5 weeks)
As an expert in your field, you analyze complex problems and inquiries from the users and work out appropriate problem solutions
They are responsible for the preparation or documentation and tracking of this problem solution and act as the first point of contact for the user until the final conclusion of a support request
Notifying customers of the progress in troubleshooting is also one of your core tasks
Tracking your troubleshooting, as well as testing the solution delivered by the development, also covers your area of ​​responsibility

Your qualifications:

Their know-how is based on technical studies or comparable training combined with practical knowledge in the IT environment
Knowledge of programming languages ​​such as C #, C ++, Oracle PL / SQL is advantageous
In addition, you have a general IT understanding and have basic Windows and Unix knowledge
Experience in customer-oriented problem analysis, error detection and problem documentation are also desirable
