Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director of Channel Sales in Japan
Manage 7 to 10 sales representatives
Planning and execution of business strategy
Build a great relationship with distribution partners
Applies influence and negotiation skills to derive business results
Manage channels team’s life-cycle from strategy, recruiting, enablement, business development and performance review
Overall responsible for the health and well-being of the relationship with C Level, senior level decision makers, and other key buyer within partner sales
Acquiring new customers through the development and implementation of channel partners especially retails
Own the sales process from initial contact to contract including all critical elements such as legal, finance, marketing, delivery readiness, and product/program management
Prepare monthly and quarter forecasts with rigorous criteria for segmenting pipeline according to deal probability

Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years of related work experience in sales and business development
Have a grate relationship with distribution partners
Experience working in software sales business
Proven record of sales success in a similar channel sales role
Good communication skills (Japanese and English)
Selling skills and a passion to win – always
Able to create ROI models to create business
Have a knowledge of security
Travel required, both domestic and international
