What you’ll be doing...
The Marketing Performance Management team takes a portfolio approach to evaluating the effectiveness of Marketing initiatives across wireless pricing, device and service promotions, products and features, and CRM. We support performance analytics for the Marketing organization. This team uses a value-based Marketing framework to assess performance and identify gaps/opportunities focusing on revenue generation and return on investment. The team is responsible for developing our value-based framework, providing a weekly readout to leadership on gaps/opportunities, and maintaining a database of Marketing initiatives that will help leadership to prioritize the Marketing budget.
This role owns Marketing Insights supporting pricing and promotions for both consumer and business. In addition, this role owns the development and roadmap of the market analytics dashboard (the Hub). Finally this role, in partnership with the Business Intelligence team, owns the development of value-based Marketing dashboards. The role manages a team of three data experts.
A successful candidate will help evolve the performance management function to effectively meet the insights needs of the Marketing organization and continue to drive efficiency by developing more sophistication within our self-service data portals.

You’ll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience using PowerPoint and Excel.
Even better if you have:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Finance.
Masters in quantitative discipline or MBA.
Strong presentation development skills and high proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent analytical, time-management, multi-tasking and organization skills.
Experienced people manager with ability to motivate and develop a team.
Experience managing tableau based dashboard.
Experience with SQL.
Ability to successfully interface with senior level executives.
Superior written and oral communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information in accordance with company practices.
