Our Marketing team relies on information and tools to make better and smarter decisions every day. That’s where you come in. The Business Validation Troubleshooting analyst will be part of the test team for CRM's new program utilizing the power of real time decision management. This role will support both the execution of test plans pre-launch, and troubleshooting post-launch.
The analyst will execute test plans for various deliverables within the program (data, logic, UX, integration, and reporting) and serve as the troubleshooting expert for the program. The test analyst will ensure proper use of defect management tools and assign defects to the appropriate area (Logic, UI, Reporting, Data, and Integration).
This role will be primarily responsible for:
Lower environment testing preparation and readiness (data quality, availability, system ties, etc)
Test management & execution (coordination, communications, collaboration, scheduling, etc)
Troubleshooting investigation and assessment, from validation through recommendation for resolution
Troubleshooting risk assessment, communications
Process Improvement recommendations

You’ll need to have:
Bachelor's Degree or two or more years of work experience.
Two or more years of relevant work experience.
Two or more years of testing experience.
Knowledge of software testing and/or software integration testing.
Even better if you have:
ISTQB and/or TMaP Certification.
Consumer Marketing experience.
Comfort with using data to support decision making for various purposes and audiences.
Written user stories, conducted user acceptance testing, developed detailed business requirements, and built personalized online experiences.
Applied marketing automation best practices and processes.
Experience with Agile process.
Excellent analytical skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
