As a Process and Project Manager (part-time) in the area of Wholesale & Partnering you ensure the optimization of existing end customers and partner processes as well as the initialization of new (digital) processes. They work together with colleagues from different areas in cross-departmental and company-wide projects and represent the interests of the department.
They develop product innovations and processes from the idea through the conception and implementation to the success measurement in close coordination with your colleagues and the management.

What are your challenges with us?
Optimization and initialization of customer and partner processes
Participation and representation of the department in interdepartmental projects as well as self-responsible implementation of the project themes
Responsibility for the implementation and coordination of projects with the relevant specialist areas (product management, IT, legal, controlling, customer care)
Independent preparation of analyzes, business cases, presentations and recommendations for management.
What you bring?
Successfully completed studies, preferably business studies, economics, engineering, communication sciences or comparable qualifications
At least 2-3 years of professional experience in project / process management, usually in a (digital) agency, consulting (experience in telecommunications or IT), telecommunications or another industry
Excellent analytical, strategic and conceptual skills
Entrepreneurial and digital thinking
Excellent Teamplayer with high customer and partner orientation as well as very good communicative skills
High degree of reasoning and enforcement
Experience and joy in the design of processes and projects
Very good MS Office knowledge, expert in the design of PowerPoint presentations
Fluent in English
