To drive the development of our data analytics products, we are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Product Retail Solutions (m/f) to join the team.
In short, your responsibilities will include:
Drive the definition, development, and inlife management of our B2B propositions for retailers.
Drive the sales team with a go-to-market strategy, pricing models, standard contracts, sales materials, offer & delivery processes, etc.
Cooperate closely with our analytics partners and our own Data Lab to define location insights services.
Own the business relationship with our analytics partners, including contracts, data protection, IT security, quality assurance, service management, SLAs, billing, etc.
Drive the proposition roadmap based on feedback from customers, analysts, market insights. Maintain a comprehensive overview of national and international competitors. Share best practices in the team and the Telefónica group.
Discover new data sources, partners, and business models. Build strategic relationships.
The key skills we're looking for:
Strong bachelor degree in computer science, engineering, business, or similar. Master’s degree a plus.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in business intelligence, product management, IT development, data architecture.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in data intensive industries, i.e. companies that earn their money with statistics, data analytics, data insights, mass data, data trading. Experience in programmatic advertising.
Several years of leadership experience, professional and disciplinary. Experience in building relevant teams.
High degree of implementation and solution focus. Assertiveness. Tolerance to frustration. Entrepreneurial mindset.
Fluent English obligatory. Fluent German a plus.
Tableau. GIS. SQL. Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Word. Helpful: Microsoft Visio, Project, Access.
