Objective of the post
Implementation of the E2E contract management approach within the framework of the sourcing strategy of the Service Technology division
Ensure compliance with all relevant Telefonica guidelines and implement the Telefonica Procurement Process
What are your challenges with us?
Technical advice and support for internal and external customers with regard to quality and cost-optimized sourcing of vendors, vendor classification & dialogue, contracts and supplier-related issues
Best Practice Contract design of commercial sourcing models including IT contracts, managed service contracts, outsourcing contracts, etc.
Self-employed and self-responsible contract negotiation of performance and costs in cooperation with relevant partners (TGS, Legal etc.)
Implementation of contract change management incl. Claim management as well as - in consultation with the department - termination of contract conditions including archiving
Continuous analysis of contract performance with regard to time, quality, quantity and costs including monitoring and reporting of defined key figures as well as development of improvement options
Support for budget planning and control, as well as for the audit of sourcing of relevant topics
Implementation of the E2E Procurement process including Stakeholder Management ST, TGS, Legal, Global CIO etc.
What you bring?
Completed university studies (degree in business administration, computer science, engineering sciences or law or comparable vocational training)
At least 5 years of professional experience in contract management / commercial purchasing of large IT organizations in an international environment / company
Detailed understanding of the IT value chain, sourcing models as well as the business processes in service organizations (preferably in telecommunications) including the application of different delivery models (scrum, waterfall, etc.)
Extensive experience with contract law in the IT environment (including outsourcing, software & licensing) as well as complex contract negotiations
Several years of experience in the design of sourcing & licensing agreements
Experience in planning, budgeting and IT reporting
Experience in the structuring of tendering procedures and analysis of offers
Experience in the implementation of change processes
Very good negotiation and communication skills
High resilience, reliability and enforceability in a dynamic environment
Strong team orientation, motivation and organization
