We're looking for a Scrum Master who is passionate about coaching teams and evangelizing Scrum and agile principles throughout the company. Our teams adhere to the entire Scrum framework, including all roles and ceremonies. The ideal Scrum Master will have the experience and excitement to continuously improve the way we develop and deliver Norton Security worldwide.
Act as Scrum Master for one to three teams, providing a learning environment to deliver business value and embodying servant leadership.
Develop a deep understanding of our product offering and vision to guide our teams.
Challenge, coach, and guide the organization using agile and lean principles.
Emphasize code quality through small, focused user stories.
Experiment with and integrate processes and tools that encourage continuous improvement.
Create metrics to provide teams and the organization with relevant feedback.

Attitude of transparency – Must desire to bring disclosure and transparency to the business about development and grow business trust.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Understand fundamentals of iterative development. Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, practices, and rules. Understand other processes and methodologies and can speak intelligently about them and leverage other techniques to provide value to a team/enterprise. Understand basic fundamentals of software development processes and procedures. Understand the value of commitments to delivery made by a development team. Understand incremental delivery and the value of metrics. Understand backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition.
Bachelor or Master's degree, or equivalent work experience.
At least 3+ year’s work experience in the Scrum Master role.
Other Certifications: CSP, CSPO, SAFe-SA / SPC, PMP, ACP.
Jira Confluence experience a plus.
