Program Manager

Duties and Tasks:

•Manage schedule, resource and budgets for a team of 50-100.

•Work with leads to present new technology to high level government officials.

•Report and monitor help desk issues, health of the system susing SCOM and Service Now

•Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects
•Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
•Coordinate cross-project activities

•Apply change, risk and resource management

•Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors

•Resolve projects’ higher scope issues
•Prepare reports for program directors



•BS/BA in a related field
