Key Responsibilities:

Manage marketing weekly performance communication to stakeholders and leadership.
Creation of twice monthly pipeline performance deck.
Marketing KPI scorecard reporting.
Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses of internal datasets from Salesforce, Marketo, and Adobe Analytics to help optimize marketing efforts throughout the customer lifecycle. This would include, but not be limited to, providing actionable insights to help drive inquiries, marketing qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue.
Support data acquisition, list segmentation, and data cleanliness initiatives.
Support process and system improvement initiatives.
Assist in aggregating and documenting process, system, and reporting information.
First line systems troubleshooting.
Work closely with Field Services, Sales Operations and Marketing Operations as needed.


Education, Experience & Training required:

Hands-on analytics experience in a sales and marketing environment, ideally from a B2B software organisation.
Experience working with multiple and large datasets.
Understanding of range of data manipulation and analysis techniques.
Hands-on experience in key business systems such as CRMs and marketing automation platforms, and understanding how leads flow within those systems is a plus.
Understanding of target audience segmentation is a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science, engineering or mathematics.
Ability to pass a background check.

Proficiency with Excel and data-related analytics tools- Tableau, SQL ideally.
Skilled at data analysis.
Ability to balance thoughtful analysis with timeliness.
Fundamental knowledge of marketing key performance metrics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
High level of time management and organizational skills.
Highly detail oriented.
Ability to work cross functionally with peer group and leadership in order to achieve goals.
Effective communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
