Partner with senior business leaders in the organization to meet corporate objectives
Identify, track and analyze key metrics that impact the business
Anticipate future consequences and trends accurately and the ability to articulate to management
Drive the planning, execution and measuring of corporate initiatives
Prepare and present P&L analysis for major initiatives
Develop and maintain budgeting framework & tools
Special projects as assigned
Be aware of, understand the reasoning, and comply with all corporate policies
Education, Experience & Training required:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or accounting. MBA preferred.
7+ years business experience in finance/accounting.
Software or related industry experience preferred.
Experience working with senior leaders in the organization.
Business analysis experience required.
Experience with financial reporting & budgeting preferred.
Ability to pass a background check.
