Your tasks

They play a major role in designing, building and managing a modern partner program for the indirect distribution of IoT Digital Division products and solutions. For this purpose, you work closely with both the product areas and the departments of other Group units.

The most important activities include:

Establishment of a modern sales partner program in collaboration with your team colleagues, the product areas and with the departments of other units within the Group
Further elaboration of an evaluation matrix for targeted addressing / selection of suitable distribution partners (resellers, VARs, managed service providers, system houses)
Extraction and OnBoarding of new distribution partners, as well as enablement, training, certification of distribution partners
Support of distribution partners in projects and marketing campaigns, if necessary by means of advertising subsidies
Sales responsibility with the assigned distribution partners incl. Delivery of reliable forecasts
Representation of T-Systems towards the partners and cooperation with all internal departments to ensure effective communication and implementation of common goals and business plans

your profile

In addition to a degree in business administration, computer science, engineering or an adequate vocational training and 3-5 years of professional experience in the sales environment, including activities in similar positions in the IT / telecommunications industry, you also have the following skills:

Strong interest, experience and knowledge in the areas of cloud, IoT, analytics and ideally security solutions in the BtB environment
Strong hands-on experience in managing resellers, VARs, system houses, and IT distributors, ideally in cloud computing and IoT environments
Strong networking in market-relevant players in the IT reselling area
Proven success in achieving individual sales targets
Business fluent German and fluent English spoken and written (CEF Level C1)
Readiness for regular national and occasional international missions is required
