Order Management Specialist

Your tasks:

Survey, monitoring and control of national and internal and external delivery units
Monitoring and controlling of the order- and customer specific SLAs, in quality and time, documentation of the order
Examination of the incoming order requests to ensure complete and accurate technical and commercial data
Independent completion of the data in case of errors and incompleteness in cooperation with customers and service delivery managers
Handling escalations
Creating reports for the higher management


Advanced German and intermediate English knowledge
University degree in the field of economics/computer science or commercial education
Professional experience of several years in the above mentioned field of application is an advantage
Fast self-study capability
Proactive personality
Good organization skills
Ability to work independently
Good user knowledge in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
