Within a systems and applications operations team (at Operations), you will be in charge of deploying and operating the information systems of our Clients in a Private or Public Cloud context.
Responsible for "Incident Management" and "Change Management" on these infrastructures, this team works in close collaboration with our clients' engineering teams for level 3 support and the implementation of new services.
You will also work in close collaboration with other Orange Cloud for Business teams located in our Majors Services Centers in India, Egypt and Mauritius.
Your missions will thus consist, in the respect of the ITIL processes to:
Ensuring the operational maintenance (MCO) of the system in accordance with the level of service expected by the customers (system and hardware supervision, distribution of antivirus signatures, first level maintenance, control of the production plan, etc.) .
Priority is given to incident and problem management (diagnosis, monitoring, communication). You are supported by Level 3 support teams, as well as our suppliers, with whom you have close cooperation.
Ensure the management of the change of the system in accordance with the level of service expected by the customers (respect of the capacity planning, operations of change, ...). Priority is given to managing major changes with the functional tests before delivery to the customer.
Ensure the deployment of new complex systems in close relationship with the client project managers.
This position, with many opportunities for change, requires shift work, and periodic penalty payments.
Passionate about new technologies, you have a background in computer engineering or a university degree Bac + 4/5.
