Head of Team - System Integration Testing


Tasks


Ensures that the team would achieve the expected service levels
Supervises employees with identical or similar professional competences
Distributes the tasks to his/her direct reports, oversees the implementation of tasks, and ensures even workload of the members of the group
Allocates resources (shift schedules, vacation schedules, substitution plans)
Makes proposals for setting performance goals
Transfers operational and other relevant business information to the group
Ensures the well-being of the group: facilitates effective team work and conflict management
Monitors the productivity and operational performance of the group, and takes correction steps when necessary
Ensures the effective use of integrated corporate tools; handles compliance with processes, procedures and standards
Performs all roles and tasks set ahead in the Document Handling Policy or by appointmen
Team located in Budapest
Willingness to travel (2-3 locations inside Hungary & monthly/quarterly meetings in Germany)
Handle incident management processes (self-reliance and responsibility)
Observe & instruct other team member as a leading person.
Work in full integrated international teams.

Requirements


College degree or relevant experience
2-5 years relevant experience
Intermediate English and German language knowledge (C1)
People focus and management skills, dealing with stress, manage complex work environment, able to motivate and instruct people, self-reliance and responsibility customer focus, good communications skills.
Knowledge of IT Service Management according to ITIL Advantage
Deeper IT knowledge of team specific topics like: Test Management, Active Directory, Standard Software Applications (e. g. Microsoft Office, Adobe Reader)
Software Management (SCCM), Microsoft Operation Systems (Win7, Win10), Terminal Server, HP Quality Center and/or HP ALM
Deeper Knowledge in Test Management, Test Analysis & Testing Modells according to ISTQB is an advantage.
