Your department

The HR Business Partner Operations (BPO) department is part of the HR GHS department, which is responsible for the HR function of GHS. BPO is responsible for the efficient and group-wide uniform implementation of already introduced HR standard products / processes as well as functional support. Our customers include the various units of the corporate headquarters as well as the companies of GHS.

Your tasks

Collaboration in special topics and projects in the context of optimizing HR services
Preparation of analyzes on different topics; Preparation of results for HR BP
Conducting job searches
Contribute to the creation and coordination of decision templates and briefings.
Development and coordination of individual measures / individual personnel solutions
Monitoring and adaptation of time and schedule planning in the assigned topic area
Procurement, analysis, preparation, documentation and communication of data and information
