What you’ll do

Architect complex learning engagements and present learning proposals that establish customer value and align to the customer’s goals
Effectively engage with Strategic and Large Enterprise Customers (at C level), Adobe Professional Services Sales and Adobe Account Executives
Establish, cultivate, and maintain relationships and strategic partnerships with Adobe Authorized Training Partners and other cross-functional organizations
Engage and enable the field sales teams to ensure inclusion of learning services as part of broader license and/or consulting customer proposals
Demonstrate a subject matter expertize across education and learning, Adobe solutions, industry knowledge and competitive differentiators
Scope and deliver training skills assessments with recommended learning plans
Provide accurate and timely forecasting and pipeline development activity plans
Analyze data from multiple sources to uncover opportunities
Develop and communicate opportunity and account plans
Provide innovative ideas that positively impact all areas of the Digital Learning Services business
Maintain a positive, professional, total customer service attitude
What you need to succeed

Significant evidence of customer facing software education services experience
Proven results in quota-oriented environments and/or previous inside or outside sales experience
Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas
Account management experience and relevant experience in Learning/Education/Services sales or sales in the technology industry are a plus
Superior influencing, negotiation and communication skills
Value Selling and Customer/Opportunity Planning skills
Great organization, presentation and customer service skills
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic and evolving work environment
Attention to detail
Ability to work across a matrixed organization
Thrives on building long-term, sustainable and successful win-win partnerships
