Project management, including communicating and reporting project status, resource utilization, and tracking against the team production roadmap.
Conducts training needs assessments and recommends training delivery models and programs.
Creates curricula as required for on-boarding, new solutions training, continuing education, mentor-mentee programs, post-training reinforcement, and other topics as required (e.g., industry knowledge, corporate vision, etc.).
Conducts content interviews with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and manages the SME deliverable review process.
Gathers alpha and beta feedback and incorporates process improvements into training that enhance student and stakeholder satisfaction.
Edits instructional or informational materials for content accuracy, training efficacy, and language professionalism.
Work with a wide array of learning and eAuthorware tools including (but not limited to), Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate, Storyline, etc. to create and maintain training deliverables.
Delivers presentations, stand up training, online courses or other instruction to trainers, customers, end users, and various groups within Concur.
Apply adult-learning best practices and methodology on all courseware designed, developed, and delivered.
Design and implement learning objectives and performance tracking for all training deliverables.
Develops subject matter expertise on Concur products.
Participates on launch and sales readiness teams and provide needed collaboration as required by product management and product marketing.
Communicates frequently with people with various technical backgrounds (technical and non-technical).
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision or on a team.
Provides weekly and monthly status reports on both departmental metrics and personal goals status.
Adheres to the learning product design and curriculum specifications
Education, Experience & Training required:
B.A. or B.S. Degree in Instructional Design, Communications, English with writing emphasis, or equivalent work experience.
5-7 years’ experience of course development and/or instruction
Project Management Tools
Experience working with the SCORM standard
Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft application software (e.g., Word, PPT, Excel, etc.)
Strong working knowledge of Instructional Design Models (e.g., Bloom’s Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick Levels of Learning, etc.)
Accomplished presentation skills
