Define and manage all program and project activities, including, but not limited to: scope and priority setting, building business requirements, project plans, identifying interdependencies, risk mitigation, issue tracking, quality management, resourcing, budgeting, training and communication planning.
Understanding the cross-functional implications of product on the customer experience and overall satisfaction.
Driving to completion any dependent deliverables of cross-functional teams.
Build and monitor program metrics and KPI’s while providing regular updates to leadership.
Map out and document processes, highlighting improvement opportunities.
Provide regular and timely communication of program status and progress towards goals.
Build and maintain partnerships with internal and external customers and partners.
Design and lead training and adoption planning activities.
Build and lead effective change management and communication strategies.
Adhere to PMO process using consistent program management processes and framework.
May include up to 25% travel – domestic and international.
Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.
Education, Experience & Training required:
10+ years of program management experience with increasing amount of responsibility.
5+ years SaaS and Sales Operations experience with strong background in process redesign and cross-functional coordination.
Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred.
Formal PMO experience using standard PMO tools and processes.
Ability to pass a background check.
