Senior Digital Omni Channel Manager

What you’ll be doing

Manage the strategic adoption of Omni Channel (Adobe Cloud) capability within BT Business and Public Sector – Drive the rollout of the Omni channel capability to the business, acting as an ambassador for new and future capability
Optimise the use of the Adobe Marketing Cloud infrastructure and tools across the business ensuring processes are agreed and documented and best practice / governance is maintained at all times
Build and maintain excellent working relationships and engagement with other key stakeholders (whether internal or external to the B&PS) ensuring that customer needs are identified through regular consultation and/or collaboration.
Build and maintain excellent collaborative working relationships with the B&PS’s strategic digital partner teams where relevant to support and optimise the programme
In conjunction with members of the Executive Team and the broader Programme Team, expand and diversify the funding base/pipeline to increase the programme’s major initiatives and existing collaborations
Work closely with key stakeholders and strategic partners to ensure infrastructure planning and development is carried out
Report and attend the Strategic Partnership Boards, Committees and other forums involving key stakeholders on service delivery, growth, performance or other matters relating to the strategic partnership.
Proactively manage, motivate and develop members of the team, promote and participate in delivering departmental and team priorities and initiatives and create a culture of cross-working within the team in order to engender a strong team spirit.
Conceptualize new strategic initiatives that could be built around or benefit from current or future technology. Proactively getting involved in projects where digital omni channel capability will drive customer experience and key KPI’s
Drive the Digital First agenda
Manage Adobe and relevant partner agreements with procurement.
Monitoring and reviewing partner performance against agreed targets, working closely with them to apply appropriate interventions to meet or exceed planned performance.
Ensure document and data security and compliance with confidentiality requirements, data protection and commercial sensitivities.
Drive a set of agreed Omni channel KPI’s
Prepare reports, briefings and other training materials. Providing timely and accurate reporting of sales, strategic partnerships and management activities

We’ll also need to see these on your CV:

Bachelor's degree required, Master's or MBA desirable
Strong analytical skills (financial, planning, operational)
Strong understanding and experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud
Excellent relationship building skills
Superlative communication skills
