What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR business partners in managing the process of identification, selection and recruitment of internal and external talent

- Drive innovative resourcing solutions to attract the best talent

- Design and implement external candidate recruiting programs that attract top talent

- Work with key leaders to identify current and future hiring needs and support workforce planning strategies

- Advise hiring managers on talent availability, salary ranges and trends

- Attract and recruit the highest calibre candidates in a cost effective and time efficient manner

- Be knowledgeable about Cisco benefits

- Manage offer management process with both candidates and Hiring Managers

- Present talent acquisition strategy and updates to Key Business Leaders

Who You'll Work With

You will be part of a regional APJC recruitment team at Cisco.

Who You Are

- 5+ years of Recruitment experience, either in-house or agency (or a combination of both)

- Corporate recruitment experience preferred in HR, Finance, Marketing etc. but sales and technical recruitment experience will also be considered

- Experience with interviewing and evaluating candidates for senior positions

- Proven experience in mapping the market to build qualified and potential pipelines

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
