A week in the life of an Integration Engineer:
First point of contact for every new customer on Cloud
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Supply timely, professional, fact based responses to internal and external customer escalations.
Coordinates all RMA’s for Cloud customers, ensuring quick and accurate delivery
Ensures that all provisioning tasks are completed correctly for Cloud Services customers to ensure their environment functions as expected.
Investigates all credential issues with our Cloud service and ensure they are resolved
Performs account-related maintenance in the Cloud service
Work extended hours at key times. ( Weekends and Some Holidays required )
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
To succeed at this job, you must have Cloud Services Industry experience and customer support experience.
You must be fluent in English.
We would like someone to join our team who is customer-oriented, a strong communicator, quick learner and self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment, a team-player, organized, able to manage conflicts, analytical and a problem-solver.
You must have a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in a fast paced client facing role. A minimum of 5 years of operational experience and experience in Cloud Services.
