A week in the life of an Application Support and Configuration Management Engineer:
You will execute the Configuration Management (CM) policies and procedures.
You will track all problems and changes in product documents and software, and report changes and current configuration.
You will manage version control tool and problem tracking systems.
You will create and control project baselines.
You will manage Test environments to include operation and maintenance.
You will maintain and update Configuration Management Plan (CMP).
You will perform configuration planning by identifying and maintaining the original configuration of requirements documentation, design documentation, software, and related documentation.
You will support the Program Management Office (PMO) as CM manager.
To succeed at this job, you must have: UNIX, Windows and configuration management experience with CM tools such as Jenkins, TFS and JIRA, and software testing experience with build and release processes.
It would be preferred if you have experience in SVN, TFS, Jira, Redmine and shell programming, proficiency in UNIX and Windows, familiarity with UNIX system administration and VMWare environments.
You must be fluent in English.

You must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related technical disciplines.
You must be a U.S. citizen to obtain public trust security clearance.
We are looking for someone with 2 – 5 years of experience in configuration management, test support, or development.
