Position: MSIT Manager

Reporting Manager: Head of MSIT Operations

Provide the Leadership, Business Directions to the MSIT Operations teams
Responsible for the overall seamless performance of the MSIT Operations
Provide management reporting to Ericsson management on various reporting parameters
Manage Customer Satisfaction, Service KPIs, SLAs, Issues, Risks
Building Operational Excellence
Manage Low Cost Operations
Maintain Cost Center finances to the optimal levels
Sharing Operational reports to the multiple user groups
Regular communication with Stakeholders
Conduct periodic governance meetings
People management responsibilities
Responsible for coaching, competence development and line management support of staff, including adherence to IPM process and performance management in line with business and strategic objectives.
Work with HR to ensure an organizational structure is in place that balances business needs with headcount restrictions.
Work with HR to ensure the group evolves with the changing needs of the business.
Manage performance concerns and implement plans for improvement
Key driver of quality initiatives
Key driver of cross process communication and interaction
Manage a team of professionals constituting of –
Degree in Engineering/ Computer Science.
ITIL is a must.
Relevant technical and managerial experience in IT Managed Services area out of which at least 3 years in team management in a similar organization.
In-depth knowledge on Telecom IT Systems (Ericsson and Non-Ericsson).
Must be able to prioritize and organize workload, perform under pressure and manage multiple projects to meet deadline.
