Customer Account Security Manager

Delivery of day to day customer security obligations. Working collaboratively with multi-disciplined, cross functional teams within Vodafone to achieve the customer security requirements. Championing security within Vodafone on behalf of the customer, providing security leadership and overseeing and driving forward customer security projects; the single Vodafone point of contact for security for the customer.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

Proven experience of security management experience, personally delivering security advice and guidance to clients
Confident communicator with a high level of experience in front of customers and helping develop new business opportunities
Demonstrable in-depth experience of delivering security in a public sector environment
Willingness to travel to customer sites across the UK and occasionally overseas
Must own, champion, and proactively deliver security obligations, providing regular robust reporting on security workload, risks and issues

Key performance indicators:

Delivery of customer contractual security obligations to the satisfaction of the customer
Supporting the wider growth of the Vodafone Enterprise Service Security organisation
Working along side a team of two other dedicated account security resources

Industry recognised security architecture qualification e.g. TOGAF
National Cyber Security Centre (NSC) Certified Security Professional
