Within this role your duties will be wide ranging, but ultimately you will be responsible for:
* In conjunction with the People Team, plan, design and deliver programme and project activity against agreed objectives, timescales, and quality standards whilst ensuring exceptional
customer experience
* Work in collaboration with key stakeholders across the UK and Ireland including People
Directors, People Business Partners, Employee Shared Services and wider People Teams,
Managers in the Business, People Operations Management to ensure excellent project delivery
is provided to the business and that each people experience is consistent and high quality
* Work with the PMO, communication team and off-shore partners to ensure visibility and the
management of communications relating to activity
* Maintain the People Operations process library, documentation and knowledge management
for all activity to ensure the integrity and on-going delivery of these activities. Ensure that all
project documentation meets the agreed standard of quality.
* Identifying and managing all aspects of risk, issues and appropriate from a customer, strategic,
cost, and operational standpoint and feed into PMO where appropriate
* Working with the People and Transition Manager and colleagues identify change impacts and
mitigations to minimise resistance and encourage high levels of user adoption to new ways of
* Contribute and support in the development of local change impact and readiness reports
* Working with Business Analyst colleagues to understand the approach to continuous
improvement and process mapping (and on occasion supporting this activity if required)
* Working closely with PMO and Project Delivery Team to ascertain impacts on the existing
Roadmap to ensure the mitigations are assessed and documented.
* To identify, manage and liaise with key stakeholders (individuals and groups), tailoring
communications requirements as appropriate
* Guide stakeholders on approach to delivery of project tasks, by understanding business needs
and cross functional impacts
* Utilise and update stakeholder mapping and tools, and deploy best practices for the successful
delivery of projects, high quality customer experience and to best promote the team and overall
* Implement solutions to drive continuous improvement against agreed objectives, timescales,
quality standards and customer experience
* Responsible for the delivery of projects / initiatives to drive continuous improvement to People
